The Theft Awareness & Reconciliation Program (TARP) is a four-session group that works with adults charged with petty theft or experiencing problems associated with other theft-related behavior. Consumers are generally referred by area courts and are usually on probation, but some consumers are self-referred. TARP focuses on responsibility and its subcomponents of restoration, morals, values and ethics, and communication and integrity.

• Typically four, 1.5-hour sessions
• May include outside work
• Fees are based on sliding fee scale
