Drug screening (urinalysis) services are available at the Wooster, Rittman and Millersburg offices. The cost of the test is $23.00 per substance and we can test for the following substances:

1. Methadone
2. Barbiturates
3. Benzodiazepines
4. Amphetamines
5. Phencyclidine
6. Cocaine Metabolite
7. Opiates
8. Cannabinoids
9. Alcohol

We also offer a $5.00 alteration test that can be used to determine if the urine specimen has been altered to produce a negative result.

Clients are expected to pay for the screening at the time the sample is taken unless prior arrangements have been made with the individual, agency or court requesting the screen.

Clients have the right to have any positive screen re-tested at his or her own expense. If the second testing is negative, the fee for the re-test will be refunded. Positive urine samples are only kept for 30 days.

Wooster: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Rittman: Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Millersburg: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
