Whether your employees are experiencing financial difficulties, stress in their personal relationships, a lack of motivation/production on the job, or a substance abuse problem, we provide assistance on a professional, yet caring level.  By helping them, you encourage a more productive, motivated and loyal work force.  We understand the importance of your employees’ level of performance in today’s competitive marketplace.

OUR STAFF

All services are provided to your employees and their dependents by qualified Human Resource Center personnel. Our staff includes Psychologists, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors and Certified Chemical Dependency Counselors.

THREE KEYS TO SUCCESSFUL INTERVENTION

An assessment must be performed to determine areas in which the employee (or their dependent) needs help.

A treatment program is developed utilizing input from the employee and a Human Resource Center staff member.

Counseling is scheduled for individual, family or group sessions, depending upon the employee's problem.

CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT

Employees and family members who utilize your Employee Assistance Program will be treated with respect, dignity and confidentiality at all times by our staff.

Your will receive "progress reports" on any of your employees whom you refer through your EAP; however, the reports will not allow you to identify the employee his/her diagnosis or his/her treatment program.

THE BOTTOM LINE: INCREASED PROFITS
